Purses are 5x7" in size and have a zipped opening on the front.
Made from cottons. (Pictures may not be able to be replicated due to using older fabrics)
Personalised or made to order items are shipped upon completion, turn around is usually at 4 weeks.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In accordance with your statutory rights under the distance selling regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your wish to return goods within 7 days* from the day of delivery. The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
*working days are all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. You need to return the goods or contact us within the 7 working day period
If you do wish to return any items please contact us by email at loveablesewandsew@gmail.com informing us of your wish to return the item(s).
We will then give you a full refund for the cost of the product excluding any shipping charges initially paid. However, you will be responsible for all costs of returning the item and need to ensure that they are adequately insured. We will inform you via messages when the items have been received.
Refunds will be in the same payment method used to purchase the items and in line with the distance selling regulations this will be no later than 30 days after receiving your request to return the items.
PLEASE NOTE; PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RETURNS POLICY. However, should a personalised item be faulty, proof of fault will be needed and the return/refund of said item will be discussed.
